 My name is Ryan Hurlow and I am currently a senior studying public relations at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I came up with the idea for this website after watching a few episodes of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. Being a huge food enthusiast myself, I decided to create a site focused on the history of various restaurants in San Luis Obispo. I love cooking and I have come to understand the tremendous amount of passion, love and time you have to put in to run a successful restaurant. I want to be able to share the insights of various owners and staff members.This site focuses on ethnic retaurants because I love the flavor and culture that they bring to the city.
