Hiking is a great way to change up your workout routine and enjoy the outdoors! The uphill climb is the perfect cardio workout to get your heart rate up, burn some calories and leave you with a killer leg and gluts workout! Hiking Bishop Peak was an exciting and energetic challenge for Tawn, Mike and Ross. The three friends enjoy exercising and hiking on a regular basis as a part of their workout regimen.
