About HealthyYOU

As we transform from teenagers to young adults, our body, health and metabolism begin to change. In an ideal world, we would all be fit, eat unprocessed, healthy foods and know how to maintain a good weight and healthy lifestyle. But that is not realistic since most of us live very busy lives which may allow us only one weekly gym trip and vending machine meals far too often. Eating healthy and working out doesn’t have to be boring, expensive or bland, if you learn how to do it right. HealthyYOU centers on fun, inexpensive and healthy ways young adults can stay fit, active and eat right.

When I entered college I had no clue what a calorie was, what kind of healthy food I should be eating or how to motivate myself to exercise right. I needed motivation from friends, health magazines, fitness websites and athletic trainers to keep my body fit and healthy. HealthyYOU focuses on providing motivational tips for young adults who are trying to live healthy and active lifestyles without burning through their savings account. Being healthy shouldn’t make you break the bank and sacrifice the good things in life, but be about finding the happy medium that makes you feel good. Become a new, healthy you and love what you do!

Best of luck,
Stephanie Ronca
